We are more than happy to re schedule a shoot for any reason up to 1 hour before the booking. A small fee will be charged if you cancel or re-schedule within 1 hour of the booking.

We are fully covered with Public Liability Insurance up to $2 million as well as all of our camera equipment.

We try our very best to create your project to your brief, however, we do understand that you may like something changed or added in, so, therefore, we offer 1 free round of changes per project. If you change the brief and require a compete re-edit this will incur a re-edit fee.

We guarantee a fast turn around on all projects. Depending on the scale of the project will determine the turnaround, feel free to ask us for more information.

Due to our high volume of shoots we can not guarantee the same team member on every shoot, however we all use the same equipment and all our work is edited in house so your end product will aways be of the same high quality constancy.
